Growing up in a culture with conflicting messages around sexuality, not receiving adequate sex education, and feeling awkward communicating about intimate desires are all common ingredients for less than satisfying sexual experiences.
Utilizing individual and couples approaches, I collaborate with people of all genders, orientations, and relationship configurations to identify and minimize issues that may be holding sexual experiences in check.
